One of the easiest recipes I’ve ever made, these macaroons are quick and delicious!
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 3 cups unsweetened, unsulphered coconut 1 T vanilla
Mix well. It will barely hold together, so spoon a tablespoon at a time onto parchment paper, then press it together with hands.
Bake at 275 for 30-40 depending on the size of the macaroons and the pan (I used air bake pans).
